Austin Clements
Owner / Lead Instructor | Brown Belt
Austin Clements started training Jiu Jitsu in the summer of 2020 with his two children. He immediately fell in love with it and started coaching kids two months later. Shortly after, he began competing. He received his Brown Belt by Professor Rick Bateman in 2024.
Patrick Imgram
Owner / Kids’ Coach | Blue Belt
Patrick Imgram started training Jiu Jitsu in February of 2022. His wife as well as 4 of their 5 children train and compete. Coach Pat’s passion is teaching kids and being a positive light in their lives. He really believes there is something for everyone to learn and gain from training Jiu Jitsu.
Briana Clements
Women’s Coach | Blue Belt
Briana began her Jiu-Jitsu journey in 2022, joining her husband and children of two who also train. Jiu-Jitsu has become an integral part of their family life. Coach Briana is dedicated to empowering women on and off the mats, helping students of all ages and backgrounds build confidence, strength, and resilience. She believes Jiu-Jitsu offers invaluable lessons for everyone, fostering growth both physically and mentally.
Keith Malay
Kids and Adults Coach | Blue Belt
Keith began his Jiu-Jitsu journey when he served in the Navy. Thanks to his three children who also train and compete, he was able to continue his journey and receive his blue belt in 2024. Coach Keith is a natural leader and will help student of all ages. He believes that Jiu-Jitsu offers valuable lessons for everyone, regardless of age or experience.
Rick Bateman
Traveling Instructor | Black Belt
Professor Rick has been doing martial arts and wrestling for the majority of his life. Prof has dedicated his last 12 years to giving back to the community. Over the last 10 years he's ran OBX Martial Arts in Nags Head, NC. He now owns and operates Megalodon JiuJitsu in Moyock, NC.
